Order Process:
Due to the handmade and tedious nature of our work, the process time for these made-to-order waistbeads is 7-21 business days depending on sales and demand. Your order can be expedited for an additional fee - simply email us and let us know. Business days exclude the weekend and holidays. We appreciate your patience while we handcraft each individual order.
Shipping:
Shipping time is separate from processing time. We appreciate your patience as your beads are being carefully created. If you have a deadline for receiving an order from us, please don't hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to accommodate expedited orders for a reasonable fee. Priority upgraded shipping is also recommended. And yes, we do ship internationally ~ international shipping options are automatically presented at checkout.
Final Sale:
Waistbeads are handcrafted to order and custom-fit, we are unable to offer refunds of exchanges. We make your waistbeads according to the length specified in your original order. We ask that you measure yourself carefully in the position of your midsection where you want your waistbeads to lay. Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once the order has been submitted. Customer is responsible for handle and care of their waistbeads. It is important to be careful with your beads when taking on/off clothing. If your waistbeads break at any time, we will be happy to repair them for a fee if you are able to salvage 75% of your gemstones and beads. All beads, gemstones, and elastic string will need to be returned and a fee will be assessed upon receipt of what was salvaged. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees during the repair process. All other jewelry is also final sale, no returns or exchanges.
