DESIGN: Our Solar Plexus Chakra waistbeads are stranded with a mix of gold, silver lined seed beads and golden matte transparent beads with a pop of faceted yellow crystal nuggets. The attractive middle accent features 14K gold plated amber-topaz colored Swarovski crystals and smoothly rounded natural yellow jasper found in South Africa.

CHAKRA LOCATION: Between the chest and naval, at the “V” where the lower ribs meet.

WHAT IT INFLUENCES: The seat of our ego and intuition. The solar plexus is responsible for the “gut feelings” that signal us to take action.

 The 3^rd chakra is the solar plexus chakra. It is the seat of your personal power and the core of your personal evolution. Now, it’s important to recognize that personal power doesn’t mean power over others. It means self-mastery – the ability to master your thoughts and emotions, overcome any fear, and take appropriate action in any situation. When it is in balance we are free to interpret the world through our own thoughts and emotions and not live in fear of violating the dictums of others. It is activated when you exert your will power and self control or muster the courage to do something that scares you. By removing yourself from your comfort zone, your natural confidence will begin to emerge. Being outside our comfort zone is scary at first, but it focuses us to be in the moment and stop overthinking. Healing this chakra requires one to work on their self esteem and this is easier said than done. Start by taking small, consistent steps towards achievement. You’ll gain confidence as you see progress! The key to a healthy solar plexus chakra is finding a balance between being heard without overpowering others with false displays of confidence. Let your actions speak for themselves and find the courage to take action by focusing on your strengths and taking small proactive steps. Yellow jasper is known as the companion stone and stimulates the solar plexus chakra. It is said to assist with amplifying self-confidence and courage, bringing energy and enthusiasm to one’s life and relationships. Its energies are particularly effective in revealing false people and for deflecting jealousy or spite.   A crystal of the intellect, yellow jasper encourages constant learning and is an excellent crystal for the workplace to encourage the completion of tasks that have been put off.   It makes an excellent diet stone, lending emotional support and strength in self-discipline, as well as boosting physical energy levels. Its slow, steady vibration helps avoid extremes and encourages perseverance. It is also useful for long periods of fasting. Yellow jasper occurs in nodules or as fillings in fissures and may be found the world over. Its mustard, sandy or burnished yellow coloring is due to high iron content, and may contain other minerals or impurities that create rich patterns and veining.
